I have a disability, how do I book a ticket?Disabled supporters who are in receipt of a Middle to Higher rate of DLA and/or receipt of enhanced PIP should contact the Box Office on 0333 005 8521 to purchase specific seats for matches, with a complimentary personal assistant’s ticket. Alternatively, supporters can purchase the appropriate ticket online (Adult, Senior, Young Person, or Under 18) and then email accessibility@brentfordfc.com. The Box Office will then add the complimentary personal assistant ticket and, if necessary, arrange for a seat move. Please note that if a seat move is required to accommodate the personal assistant, we cannot guarantee it will be near your original selection

Is the Gtech Community Stadium accessible?Gtech Community Stadium is fully compliant with the Accessible Stadia Guide and exceeds standards in many areas. The stadium has accessible seating in all areas of the stadium and wheelchair spaces in the South, East and West Stands. Wheelchair spaces have been designed flexibly to allow wheelchair users to sit with personal assistants, subject to availability. Is there a sensory room?Brentford’s Sensory Room offers a full view of the pitch with special glass to protect against the noise. It is aimed at supporters who have sensory processing issues and that struggle to deal with the large crowds and the matchday atmosphere. There will be sensory rooms available at the semi final games.

What is the Unity Cup ?We are extremely excited to announce that the UNITY CUP is back after 21 years! The Soca Warriors, Reggae Boyz, Black Stars, and Super Eagles are set to meet from 27th–31st May 2025 at Brentford’s Gtech Community Stadium in West London. The best of the West Indies will go head-to-head with the best of West Africa in The Unity Cup The tournament will kick off with the first semi-final on 27th May, as Trinidad and Tobago face off against Jamaica in the first-ever “Trini-Jam” clash on UK soil, deciding who truly rules the West Indies. On 28th May, Nigeria will take on Ghana in a highly anticipated showdown for West African bragging rights. All four teams will return on Saturday 31st May for an exciting double-header at the Gtech. The day will feature a third-place play-off, followed by the grand final to crown the Unity Cup 2025 champions. This is an event you won't want to miss, with a dynamic blend of top-tier football and captivating entertainment for the whole family.

Are specific stands designated for fans of each country playing?Yes! The 27th West Stand - Jamaica Supporters East Stand - Trinidad & Tobago Supporters 28th West Stand - Ghana Supporters East Stand - Nigeria Supporters 31st West Stand - Jamaica and Ghana Supporters East Stand - Trinidad & Tobago and Nigeria Supporters Across all the days, the North and South Stands are neutral Please note our family area is located in the North Stand.

By CarIf you are not able to travel by public transport, there are some organised car parking options available. You should be aware that Controlled Parking Zones will be in operation in residential streets near the stadium so you should not plan to park on nearby streets. Please do consider our local neighbours and avoid parking in residential streets.

By TubeGunnersbury station is the nearest station offering both the District line underground and London Overground connections. South Ealing tube station, located 1.5 miles from the Gtech Community Stadium, is also available for fans.

By TrainThe nearest station, Kew Bridge, trains to the stadium from central London are from Waterloo station. Please note that Kew Bridge station is not step-free.

By BusThere are also a number of buses that stop at the stadium, these are: 110, 237, 267 & N9. These buses operate as an easy access service.
